Summer School Opens Students’ Doors to Central Asia

The third edition of the international Summer School will take students to the heart of Central Asia, offering a unique opportunity to explore entrepreneurship, innovation, and the rapidly developing markets of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.

For centuries, the Silk Road was a place where cultures, trade, and ideas came together. The Summer School builds on this legacy by giving students the opportunity to experience the economic and social transformation of Central Asia firsthand.

The program focuses on practical experience and direct engagement with the local environment. Instead of learning about emerging markets only from textbooks, students will meet representatives of companies, institutions, and academic partners and gain insight into how business operates in the region.

Beyond professional knowledge, the Summer School helps students develop skills that are essential in today’s global environment – the ability to adapt to new situations, collaborate across cultures, communicate effectively, and approach global challenges from new perspectives.

Participants will return not only with new knowledge and academic credits, but also with valuable international contacts, experience in a different cultural setting, and a broader understanding of global business. The Summer School represents a unique opportunity to connect academic learning with real-world experience in one of the world’s most dynamic regions.
