Welcoming the world to Prague: International BSc and MSc Welcome Week Recap

A new academic chapter has begun at the UCT School of Business. This semester, we were delighted to welcome our new cohort of international bachelor’s and master’s degree students, who hail from a variety of different countries and backgrounds.

Welcome Week offered a packed schedule designed to help newcomers settle into university life and Prague, with activities where students had the opportunity to learn about academic life at UCT, programme requirements and campus resources. They also met their fellow classmates, professors and student mentors through interactive orientation sessions and team activities. Finally, they familiarized themselves with their surroundings and began to discover life in one of Europe’s most vibrant student cities.

Now that the orientation programme has finished and classes are in full swing, our newest students are ready to take on new academic challenges and forge lifelong friendships.

Special thanks go to our Admission representatives and the International Office for guiding the new cohort every step of the way. Welcome to the UCT School of Business community! We look forward to seeing all that you achieve.
