Implementation of the European Approach of Compliance Management in Higher Education in Ukraine

Objectives:

Elevate teaching methods: The project seeks to improve teaching and assessment mechanisms, quality assurance, management, and innovation in Ukrainian HEIs by integrating EU Compliance methodologies.

Accessible compliance education: Enhance the access and quality of Compliance Management education in entrepreneurship, management, and law in Ukrainian HEIs to foster adaptability to European labor market requirements.

Fostering employment stability for Ukrainian university graduates: Through compliance competencies, ensure the stability of employment opportunities for UA university graduates in European integration and globalization. Empower digital transformation: Promote digital transformation in teaching Compliance Management in Ukrainian partner HEIs through innovative tools, such as future books (e-books), podcasts, videos, and gamification solutions.

The project emphasizes the assimilation of EU methodologies into Ukrainian higher education, which is particularly vital for non-EU nations like Ukraine endeavoring to become EU members. This integration is crucial for enterprises navigating international compliance standards, enhancing their capabilities for the first time. Focused on newcomers and institutions lacking experience, the project aims to ease entry for Ukrainian HEIs.
